    This will be my go-to week night ramen recipe from now on, so easy and not too time consuming and really tasty. I decided to add some bean sprouts and thinly sliced red cabbage with hoisin sauce on top, turned out great!

    Easy and good base recipe. It’s a bit bland, can be generous with the chili oil or add more spice with additional veggies or sriracha.

    So simple. Used liquid aminos instead of soy sauce and Trader Joe’s furikake Japanese seasoning for the sesame seeds. Soooo delicious! This will be a staple for us

    Delicious! The only thing I did differently was to drop eggs into it when I added in the bok choy and soy sauce instead of serving the hard boiled on the side (just the way the tiny humans wanted it 🤷🏼‍♀️). Absolutely perfect topped with the green parts of the scallions, sesame, and the chili oil drizzle.

    This is out of our normal wheelhouse but it was definitely a delicious change!! we have been looking for some healthier changes and this will definitely be made again!!!

    This was so easy but the best part is it tasted absolutely fantastic. My whole family loved it. All the noodles were eaten but there was enough soup left for my lunch tomorrow 👍

    So tasty and pretty easy to make. I’m not a fan of food that requires much preparation (and this didn’t take THST much), but this ramen was worth every chop, sauté and boil. Sooo good!

    Very easy if you prep ingredients ahead of time. Added sliced mushrooms and thin sliced carrots. Noodles were perfect. Kids loved it!
