The meal turned out perfect. Best roast we've had.

Very easy and very flavorful! I liked the suggestion of cooking the vegetables at the end for a shorter time, not as mushy. I may add an onion next time I make it and more carrots but great recipe!

Best IP pot roast I’ve tried. Used more veg so increased 2nd pressure to 10 min. Whole family loved it
