this was very tasty. could even put it in a tortilla wrap for a nice fajita. i used a bear steak and cut it super thin cuz bear meat can tend to sometimes b chewy. i also cooked it a tad longer to break it down more. very good!

I only used low sodium soy sauce. Added a bit more of the season . Came our great

I’ve made this a few times but doubled up the recipe and added more pepper and seasoned the meat with steak sending and it was great!

Steak was cooked well but it was lacking in flavor

Followed cooking time and release directions but the meat was very stew like and we didn't like the texture. Otherwise, the flavors were fine.

It was pretty good. I don't know if I bought the right kind of steak meat so it may have been better with a different kind. I might try this again in the future.

My family and I really loved this... However, I am going to cut the cooking time for the beef in half. My first try turned out with overcooked beef even though I did the quick release as suggested. I don't know if it has to do with the fact that I live at high altitude or not... I'm new to instant pot cooking so I don't know if that makes a difference.
