I have made this numerous times and LOVE it!!! At first I didn’t think I would like it due to the pumpkin since I haven’t liked any squash soups I’ve tried. However, I don’t taste the pumpkin in this. Such a good source of fiber! I do like to add extras to this to give it even more nutritional value.

Best chili ever. Laid off on the cinnamon and pumpkin spice and added more chili powder. Added butternut squash, extra carrot and mushrooms. Delish.

Really good follow recipe loved the pumpkin flavor

I had to add a lot more bone broth. The ratio of broth to pumpkin was just not right unless you want a think paste for the chili base. I also added other spices and veggies.

I love this chilli. We used venison instead of beef and it turned out amazing!

Easy to make and tasty. A nice alternative to the tomato and bean type chili

Omitted the cinnamon as others suggested and added a little turmeric. Family loved it. Will make again

We made a few changes:
1) ground chicken instead of beef or turkey.
2) 1 can of pumpkin, 1 can tomato sauce, plus same amount chicken stock.
3) omitted pumpkin pie spice.
4) added another can of diced tomatoes after the first 20 minutes of chili setting on Instant Pot.
5) added 2 tbsp more chili powder.
Turned out delicious! I think next time , we will omit the cinnamon. Even the 3 year old ate her entire bowl of chili. She did have a little sour cream & shredded cheddar cheese. 😁

Excellent! Omitted green peppers and added celery. The whole family likes it and had no idea there was pumpkin in it until I told them
