- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (or Cottage Cheese)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt (if your pasta sauce is salty, decrease to 1/4 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (Chopped)
- 24 oz. pasta sauce (1 jar ,about 3 cups, marinara, or your favorite brand)
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves (Chopped, fresh, or frozen, thawed)
- 6 no boil lasagna noodles (5- ,(or regular uncooked lasagna noodles that have been soaked in very hot water for 5 minutes)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
