Great making it again now. Excellent recipe and I’m totally hooked on homemade Greek yogurt

Yogurt made in the Instant Pot is delicious. After making it, the store brands taste mediocre.

Tasted great. Smooth and creamy. Easy to make.

Thrilled with how well this turned out. Absolutely delicious. I use 2% organic grassfed milk, 8 hrs., strained it overnight to make it Greek style, and then added 1-2 tsp vanilla and several tablespoons of honey and agave right at the end before putting in containers for storage. Will be making this frequently, so I ordered a Greek yogurt strainer product on Amazon which is easier than the cheesecloth or bag method. The key is to let it strain in there for at least a day. I now have been cooling it in an ice bath to speed up that part of the process, too. I also often use puréed frozen or fresh fruit in my food processor and stir it into the finished product to make fruit flavored yogurt. Favorites so far have been peach, strawberry/mango, and mixed berry.

Great! Used Fairlife Milk and it was very creamy. Did not add the vanilla.
