I’ve made it several times now. I usually do half the recipe as a gallon is too much for one person. It is best with 2% or whole milk. I add frozen strawberries to it in the fridge to make it a strawberry yogurt. Then I add some honey and occasially chocolate chips to serve.

Great making it again now. Excellent recipe and I’m totally hooked on homemade Greek yogurt

Yogurt made in the Instant Pot is delicious. After making it, the store brands taste mediocre.

Tasted great. Smooth and creamy. Easy to make.

Turned out well! I use 2% organic milk, 8 hrs., strained it overnight to make it Greek style, and then added 1-2 tsp vanilla and several tablespoons of honey and agave right at the end before putting in containers for storage (or do at time of serving to get accurate nutritional count). I ordered a Greek yogurt strainer product which is easier than the cheesecloth/bag method. The key is to let it strain in there for at least a day. I now have been cooling it in an ice bath to speed up the cooling to 110 process, too. Often use puréed frozen or fresh fruit in my food processor and stir into the finished product to make fruit flavored yogurt.

Great! Used Fairlife Milk and it was very creamy. Did not add the vanilla.
