- 2 jalapeños (seeded & diced)
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 3 lb. pork shoulder (cut in slightly larger than bite-sized pieces)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (or more for heat)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice (Reserved)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice (Reserved, if there's enough. or use water or broth)
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
