Perfect. My new "go to" for a quick meal base.

I am a beginner with the Insta Pot so this is an easy one to try.
1200 g was 7 small breasts for me. Grinding out 35g of salt quickly became tough on the forearms, so coarse salt was put in. I had a can of chicken broth I wanted out of the pantry and that went in as part of the 4 cups of water Was also out of rosemary and bay leafs, so used Italian seasoning. It all worked out great. The salt amount is perfect.

Followed directions exactly. Plump and tender; thanks!
2020 update: A year later, I still use this recipe! The tender chicken shreds so easily that I’ve used it for tamales and burritos too, instead of just entrees. And I’ve strained the water it cooks in to use as a salty broth in other recipes. 😁
