Followed recipe exactly, it turned to glue and burned in the instant pot

it was great, but I took the advice of some other reviewers and marinated the pork overnight in fresh orange juice, lime juice and garlic which I drained off as well as I could right before throwing it into my I.P. You don't get as good a sear on the pork like this because it's so juicy, but it's still good. I also added a little onion, which I sauteed with the pork. in the end, this was a great and easy meal for the COVID-19 quarantine.

kind of bland without salsa and cilantro. pork did not absorb much flavor. but it was easy and still good. I would make again, but maybe maranade pork first

we added fresh peppers as well. i also used a peppercorn pork tenderloin to give it a little more zip! came out great!

I made this in the crockpot instead of the instant pot. I think next time I will leave the pork whole instead of cutting it up. Overall it wasn't bad, just needs a couple of tweaks to be great.

Turned out well but we added a bit of onion and jalapeño in the sauté stage. Quick and pretty easy.

the pork stayed nice and moist, and kept good flavor. I used a tropical based salsa, which helped to bring out the flavor of the pork.

I don’t have an Insta pot, so I just made it in a regular pot. The only thing I did differently was following the rice cooking directions on the back of the rice bag. It didn’t take very long, and it turned out really good. I’m so excited to use it during the week!

the meal overall was good however, the pork lacked a flavor.

The flavor for this dish was good, but the texture was a little mushy. The texture issue could be because the safety feature on my Instant Pot kept causing it to shutdown. I may try it again in the future on the stovetop.
