This was definitely easy to make and the chicken was still moist after 9 minutes at high pressure and the potatoes were perfect but this is too sour and earthy for me. It needed something to cut the acid. Not bad, but not something I would make again

Chicken was overcooked, potatos were undercooked. Flavor was pretty bland. Will not be making again

I changed the recipe a bit so we didn’t have to touch the instant pot twice.
Sauté the onions and kale for 5-7 minutes w some olive oil. Remove that and put the chicken, potatoes, and liquids/spices in the instant pot. (I used a silicon rack under everything to prevent burning). Cover the chicken with the kale and onions. Cook as instructed. We loved the flavors!!!! 10/10 the best thing I have ever made, thank you!! Put it on a bed of rice and it was lovely.

This was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised and my 4 year old loved the potatoes in particular. She rarely does unless they’re in french fry form. My husband is super picky and loved the flavors too! Thank you for this! If you don’t like kale I suspect you could sub another green or even broccolini. I substituted yellow onions because I didn’t have green. I also did 2 lbs of chicken and just added 1/2 more of each ingredient. Worked out nicely!

This turned out absolutely delicious and was very quick and easy to make. Definitely will make again.

It was pretty good! I cooked the chicken a little longer to make sure it was cooked but it was a little dry.

Very easy and so good. Substituted spinach for the kale so I used the sauté setting at the end since spinach wilts down so quickly. It didn’t need the 3 min pressure cooked. I also followed the optional step of thickening the sauce. It made it delicious and also a very pretty plate. Will make again.

It was a bit sour due to the balsamic vinegar. I will add a little more chicken stock next time to offset

This is easy and delicious. I didn’t have kale, used purple cabbage and it was so good! I also thighs instead of breasts and added 2 minutes I tried chocolate balsamic vinegar too . This was perfect with chicken.
