Amazing! BBQ sauce took more time to cook down than intended; however, it was worth it!

Delicious. I used 3 kilo's of meat, and only cut it into 3 pieces. Used enough water to cover the meat, nearly filled the instapot to the top. 90 minutes wa sperfect. Took 20-30 minutes to boil down the sauce later so added johannesbroodpitmeel to thicken it. This will be my go to for pulled pork form now on, however will try to make it from scratch instead of using bbq sauce and tomato ketchup.
