This simple InstantPot recipe is DELICIOUS! I first rubbed the meat with a garlic, cracked pepper, Himalayan salt mixture, then braised all sides in smoked infused olive oil on the sauté setting. I used beef broth instead of the water and powdered au jus. The veggies turned out perfectly, too!

Delicious! The roast was so tender, and potatoes and carrots were cooked to perfection. I did not have soup mix on hand, so I quartered 1 large onion and added it instead, and it worked very well. Simple recipe. Definitely a keeper!

Amazing perfect meal I did use veggies but man this perfectly cooked!
