- cinnamon sticks (Whole, 1 inch slice- 10 slices)
- chicken (bone-in pieces or legs- 14)
- 2 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- green chilies (crushed- 2)
- spice (Prepared, powder- 1 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 onion (fried, fry 2 onions sliced thin in oil, Must add)
- 10 leaves
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt

- 3 inches cinnamon
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. ghee
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 onions (fried in oil, sliced thin)
- 2 pinches saffron strands
- mint leaves (chopped- 3 tbsp)
- spice (Prepared, powder- ¼ tsp/layer)
- 1/2 Tbsp. ghee
