I used 2 tbsp of Montreal Chicken Spice, 1 tsp garlic salt, and 1 tbsp of Tajin Classic Seasoning. Cooked for 3 1/2 - 4hrs on high.

It turned out great, the whole family loved it! I even used some of the juices to make a gravy and topped off the chicken and veggies with it. Definitely a dish we’ll be having again!

I made it just as the recipe was written. I will add some sage and some onions to the next time I make it. I will be making it again. We liked it but thought it needed more spice.
