Turned out great! Although, I did double the seasoning, cooked the chicken in the oven uncovered for one hour at the high heat then covered in foil for another hour at the low heat and then again uncovered for 30 min. I also added 1 teaspoon of Slap yo Mama seasoning.

needs to be in the oven at a higher heat for a bit longer. recipe is ok.

This is my go to Sunday roast recipe now. We then use Yum to find recipes to create delicious leftovers.

Turned out better than expected....loved it!!
I used two sticks (not the large blocks) of store ready garlic butter and mixed fresh herbs in it. I also chopped up prosciutto and cilantro and mixed it with the butter. I heated a whole lemon in the microwave (for 1 minute) to make it very hot (poke some holes in the lemon before heating) and then stuffed it into the cavity. Mix the juice that escapes while heating directly with the garlic butter.
It tasted absolutely delicious! Was a hit with the entire family.
