OMG! These chops were so good and juicy. No dried pork with this method of cooking them.

Good flavor. I added rosemary. I didnt use thick chops, so I cut back the salt on the brine.

Amazing! I was only able to let the rib chops soak for 45 mins but the brine was the secret! Chops came out juicy and maintained moisture.. I added a bit of hot sauce to the brine also... I made sage butter instead and added sautéed mushrooms shallots and garlic with additional sage butter for the topping... Was so good i only snapped one pic

Very moist! The first time around, they were a little too salty. The second time, I cut down on the salt and didn’t brine them as long and they were delicious.

Great! I used bonesless pork chops and it still came out great!

I substituted store-bought crushed garlic for the cloves, and dry basil for the fresh thyme... still ended up pretty tasty.
I also didn’t have a cast iron skillet on hand, but stainless steel seems to be okay... I’ll definitely have to try again with the proper ingredients and hardware.
