Ingredients for these hotcakes include eggs, butter, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

- 2 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- cooking spray

Directions
- Heat the milk and butter together until the butter melts. Let cool.
- Beat the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the milk mixture and stir.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Beat to incorporate.
- Heat a griddle and spritz with cooking spray. Pour out the batter to form pancakes and cook on medium-low heat. When the surface bubbles, flip the hotcake and cook on the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve.

very tasty. we have eatten these for breakfast regularly. I am about to make another batch now

I love this recipe, goes great with honey and perhaps dulce de leche. I used 300 ml of Milk to be more accurated and low heat not to burn the hotcakes, but that's only for personal prefrence.
