- 3 Tbsp. coriander (leaves)
- 10 coriander seeds
- 1 peppercorn (black)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions
- Add the garlic, coriander, peppercorn, oil, honey, and a pinch of salt to a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and add the marinade.
- Place the bag in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drain the chicken breasts and place them on a baking sheet. Roast the chicken for for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
