Lovely, soft bread. Excellent for sandwiches and toast! Does not have a very strong flavor, if that matters to you.

I think I over-kneaded it (my arms are so sore...) and maybe under baked it slightly, so it was a bit gooey in the middle, but honestly I love that texture in bread. Moist, simple, nice. I don’t love the flavor, but I just don’t often love bread! Thank you for this recipe!!

Yep, this bread turned out perfectly! So good toasted with butter & honey or served with soup on a cold day. Yum!

This is a great recipe. After making “artisian” style breads, this bread is the best option for sandwich type bread I have tried. The instructions are easy to follow and result in soft, lovely bread.

Fun to make, tasted great but so so soft. Too soft for me. It didn't rise as much as I wanted, I may have let it rise too much the first time. It tasted so good though so I'll probably try it again.

So delicious and soft. I was out of vegetable oil so used olive oil instead. Otherwise I followed the recipe as written.
