- 2 Tbsp. Mazola Corn Oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 lb. chicken wings (split at the joints)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lime (juiced)
- cilantro leaves (Fresh, torn)
- 1 cup fat free greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the corn oil, garlic powder and salt and pour mixture in a gallon size zip lock bag.
- Add chicken wings, seal and shake to coat evenly, then place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.

My family went NUTS for this recipe. I tweekes it a little by adding purred cherries to the sauce.

Good recipe I left out the salt and altered the amounts( made less chicken than called for , I also used thighs , I bbq them and before they were finished I tossed them in the sauce and finished on the bbq) great flavours though

Made the wings according to the recipe and they were fantastic. Definitely a going to be a new staple.

Followed the recipe except coated the wings completely with the sauce before broiling, made them perfectly crispy and tender.
Would not follow the salt recommendation for the dipping sauce, one tbs is way too much. I'd use a tsp instead.

I put a curry powder dry rub on the wings 24 hours beforehand to add an additional layering of flavor
