loved it, used beef rump, added a little ginger too, and served it with some greek yoghurt on the side.

It turned out nice, but a little too sweet. Next time I might add some fresh ginger.

This came out great. The honey caramelized to give a crunch with the sweet & spicy flavor. Next I want to marinade a flank or skirt in this.

I substituted rice vinegar for the oil, plus added a teaspoon of sesame oil. I cubed up the meat the night before and let this all sit over night. The hubby and I threw it on the Traeger for about 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees, and it was perfect!!! We are thinking this will be one of our camping go-to meals because it is such easy prep!!

Turned out great. We used small sweet onions, small mushrooms, and green pepper.
Just a couple of minutes a side on a medium hot grill. As a tip—upgraded to New York
Steak for the tenderness. Yum and a half!
