I've had brussels sprouts that were sweet off a menu (brown sugar/apple cider vinegar), and this recipe (essentially butter and honey) was a great simple alternative! I was able to find a 1-lb bag of small brussels sprouts and 15 min at 475F was too long. Will try this again and perfect it for my kitchen rotation!

Needed a bit more flavor/seasoning and the honey seemed to burn. Next time I will definitely need to watch them more closely.

Delicious and nutritious. Just watch closely and lower the cooking temp and possibly reduce the cooking time depending upon your oven.

So good and So easy! Even my husband raved about these little gems! He is the type that is extremely skeptical when something sweet such as honey goes on or in something he thinks shouldnt be sweet. These are a go too winner in our house! Thanks!

Very good. I was a bit more liberal with the salt and pepper. Could have been crispier. Best served fresh.

They turned out great! They were starting to brown at around 12-13 minutes

I used olive oil instead of butter, added pistachios for extra crunch, but next time I will turn down the heat and bake for a little longer as it burned a little.

This recipe turned out better than I expected. The honey gave it a boost of flavor.
I definitely will make it again.
