- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin (trimmed)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. stone-ground mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 jalapeno chile (minced, about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 cup pretzels (salted, crushed)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp. dried sage (rubbed)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (freshly cracked, to taste)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 cloves garlic (minced, about 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions
- Combine honey, stone ground mustard, 1 Tbs Dijon and jalapenos in small bowl. Set aside.
- Place pretzels in resealable bag. Crush pretzels using rolling pin. Set pretzels aside.
- Place garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, sage, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste in blender container. Cover and blend until finely ground.
