Great! So flavorful, marinated over night only because we changed our mind on dinner plans.

Good, had to double the honey and add a tsp of cane sugar to get my preferred taste (more sweet, less soy taste). Mixing the sauce in a bowel over a pot of simmering water made mixing faster as well. Good base recipe for sure (cooking for pregnant wife so cooked way more than 4 min each side as well)
