Very good was a big hit for our family!

This is a great recipe. It has a little different taste than regular pull pork with BBQ sauce. It.has a little tang that is just right. I have made it 3 times already and it is my go-to pull pork recipe.

This comes out moist, but the sauce is quite sweet, and not that savory. I even used slightly less of the sauce ingredients and added half a cup of the juices, and it was still Very sweet. The pork flavor is almost completely overtaken because of draining all of it out with the juices. Plus side is this would be a good way to mask bad pork...
