- 1 lb. ground turkey (Jenny-O)
- 2 cups jasmine rice (Long Grain)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. turmeric (/ Rosemary)

Directions
- Place water, ground turkey in large Dutch oven; Break up turkey into small bite-sized pieces.
- Bring to a boil; Add rice, oregano, and turmeric/rosemary to pot.
- Reduce heat to “3” setting and simmer for 20 minutes; Stir frequently.
- Add the frozen peas & carrots during the last 5 minutes of cook time.
- Remove from heat and spoon mixture with a slotted spoon into refrigerator-safe dish to cool.
