Extremely disappointed. I don't think boiling and baking instructions are correct as I followed exactly. Way too gummy and like other reviewers shared - they did not puff up much. Would not recommend.

They are so delicious and easier than I thought! My first time making bagels. I used whole wheat as I didn’t have any white flour. They didn’t puff up as much, still do good.

These were so easy to make and turned out fantastic. My family loved them. I will definitely make them again.
