Awesome recipe! Great with blueberries too! I didn't have cottage cheese in the fridge so I used Ricotta! Blended quickly in the Vitamix and ready for the griddle! My 4 year old loved them❤️

love these! super easy and yummy!! made it exactly like the recipe (sept I used whole wheat flour) and this will be a new staple meal at our house. With a little peanut butter it totally satisfied my sweet craving without the guilt and icky feeling of to much sugar!
