- 1/3 cup fresh tarragon (chopped)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/3 cup parmigiano reggiano cheese (shaved)

- 1/3 cup raw cashews (+ ½ cup water, or skip this mixture and use regular cream)

Absolutely Beautiful. I am a confirmed meat eater and my wife’ convinced me to try as I don’t normally like vegetarian dishes. I was blown away! Used assortment of wild mushrooms and plain cream. Couldn’t get hold of fresh tarragon so had to use dried but it was still amazing.
