- 1 cup coffee (or 235 ml, room temperature, water can be substituted for the coffee but it's purpose is to enhance the chocolate flavor of the cocoa)
- 1 cup buttermilk (or 235 ml)
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (Packed)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 12 oz. cream cheese (Soft)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. vodka
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 Tbsp. dulce de leche
- 1 1/2 cups cream (35%)
- 1 lb. chocolate
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate (good quality)
- 12 chocolate truffles (I used Ferrero Rocher)
