These were a hit with the whole family. I think next time I’ll pre-blend the oats because it was tricky to get it all to blend to the perfect consistency. And I’ll also add slightly less cinnamon next time.

Excellent! Easy to just put everything in the food processor and blend it up. Of course I went for the extra maple syrup option :)

Really good! I didn’t have almond butter so substituted peanut butter — turned out great. Baking for 17 minutes was perfect in my oven, so be careful not to over-bake them. These are dense muffins, not fluffy, but I like that. :)

Not sure what went wrong but they didn’t rise like regular muffins, more like soufflés. When i took them out they collapsed , the chocolate was all at the bottom and they tasted very greasy even though i added as much butter as the recipe asked for

Yes great
Used apple sauce instead of pumpkin purée

These are very good! I wish they had more pumpkin flavor to them though. Next time I’ll probably add more cinnamon and less chocolate chips. I used cows milk and they came out good. My family was surprised they were flourless. 👍🏻

Tasty, a little dry. We used cow’s milk instead of almond milk, as that is what we had on hand.

taste good but too moist.....may be 'cuz i made from fresh pumpkin and use just ordinary milk instead og vanilla almond milk?😅

Satisfying !! Made it several times. With nuts, raisins; replaced pumpkin with bananas. Awesome!!

The texture of the muffins is surprisingly good, not too dense and they are nice and moist! But the flavor is a little too subtle for me, i love all the spices in the ingredient list, so next time I'm going to double or more the cinnamon, vanilla and maybe add some nutmeg to have a bit more of that pumpkin-pie flavor.

These turned out great! They're super moist and rich and could definitely be eaten as either a dessert, snack, or breakfast! I'm a college student and only have a NutriBullet to work with. I blended the dry ingredients first to make sure they were blended well and the oats were pulverized into a flour consistency. Then I added the wet ingredients and it all just barely fit into the largest cup I have for my NutriBullet! I'm definitely going to make these again and experiment with adding cloves, nutmeg, and different mix-ins.

Absolutely amazing! I love everything about these muffins (except having to use the food processor).

I was surprised how much I like these muffins.
Even my toddler ate them, happily! Next time I plan to add flax seeds and possibly hemp hearts.

These muffins are absolutely wonderful. They are healthy all the way through. I have now made these 3 times and they disappear very quickly! The only thing I changed was to add about half of the liquid ingredients first, then the dry ingredients, then the remaining liquid ingredients. Save the cacao dark chocolate chips last. It mixed up quicker in my blender and does not make a difference in how the muffins turn out. Will continue to keep this recipe in the front of my recipe box!
