This Pumkin bread is a variant from the banana bread linked below. It is equally delicious as the banana bread and deserves 5! Stars, I think. Btw, I replaced banana, pumpkin with -> carrots (400ml) and my family loves this also. Give it a try and you might find out for yourself how fruity, tasty, and moist this bread turns out.
