- 1 chicken breast
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. chili (finely chopped)
- 50 mL white wine
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 3 sprigs parsley (finely chopped)
- 150 mL mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 drops chili sauce
- ground black pepper (freshly)

Directions
- Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm strips.
- Marinate for at least 20 min in the chili, crushed garlic, wine and oil mixture.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the chopped parsley. Take the chicken out of the marinade and toss in the breadcrumbs. Coat evenly.
