This is pretty good, it’s difficult to judge when trying to adapt for gluten-free, but we all enjoyed it and will definitely make again.

Went exactly by recipe, turned out perfect, I made 3 loads of delicious not to sweet bread. Bread texture was not as soft as I’d like but did not affect the wonderful flavor. I estimate the cost about $1.00 a loaf which is very economical and no preservatives making this bread all natural. Definitely a recipe I’ll use often.

It was Yummly and I would make it again
