I love this recipe, it reminds me of what my host mom made in Morocco for dinner some nights! It's super simple and tasty! I didn't have any harissa, but I added spices I had on hand and it was still good!

Used scallions instead of onion, and about 2 tbsp harissa powder, Calabrian chili, and Parmesan on top - so not really this recipe but thanks for teaching me how to make this, so much easier than I’d thought and fantastic!

lovely! This is an all time favorite. I added some veg to my tomato sauce to amp up the nutrition a bit. So tasty!

A super easy and inexpensive meal. My harissa was really hot.. verging on too hot, but still very good.

I didn't have harissa on hand, so I used a packet of hot sauce. I was afraid it would turn out too hot, but the whole thing turned out great.

The recipe was delicious and easy. I didn’t have harissa, so I used a different kind of chili garlic hot sauce I had in my refrigerator. I also added a little minced garlic and dried oregano, since I didn’t have fresh herbs.

I doubled the recipe and it turned-out great. Definitely a keeper!

This turned out so well and it’s so easy! Added some crusty sourdough toast and it was unbelievable

it tasted great and met all expectations! my only issue was that cooking times were off, as it took way longer than 3-4 minutes to reduce my tomatoes to an acceptable level, and cook my eggs.... but thats a minor problem to have!
