    The potatoes definitely needed peeled before hand and it took much more time than 7 minutes. The gnocchi also came out a little bland.

    Love this recipe! I make it with pesto and it freezes well too. Only problem is it's very time consuming, takes a while to shape the pastas, but end result is worth it.
