Directions
- Place the crepe into a bowl or casserole.
- On top of the crepe, place the slice of ham or turkey, and then crack an egg onto it.
- Add salt and black pepper to the egg, and fold the sides of the crepe into the bowl slightly.
- Put the bowl in the oven, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve the crepe with a bit of chopped parsley on top.
