- 4 oz. chopped cooked ham (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (with jalapeno peppers or Monterey Jack cheese, about 4 oz.)

Directions
- Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise ™ Creamy Dijon Mustard over tortillas. Sprinkle ham and cheese on two tortillas, then top with remaining tortillas.
- In 12-inch skillet, brown quesadillas over medium heat, one at a time, turning once. To serve, cut quesadillas into 6 wedges. Serve, if desired, with Salsa Dijonnaise.
