It was delicious. I would definitely recommend adding salt and pepper to the bread crumb mixture prior to cooking though. And for thicker pieces of halibut, 6 minutes wasn’t quite long enough in the oven but that can easily be checked.

Exceptional. I will add this to my goto kist for Halibut. I made it according to instructions, except I had to substitute dried basil for fresh. It was still great.

I’m not much for fish but I really enjoyed this recipe. What’s more important is that My kids enjoyed it . Will do again for sure.
