- 350 grams mashed potatoes
- 1 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollop*)
- 175 grams white fish (cooked)
- 175 grams cooked smoked haddock
- 4 spring onions
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. wholegrain mustard
- 3 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)

Directions
- Mix together the potatoes, fish, spring onions, mayonnaise and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into balls and flatten, dust in some seasoned flour and fry in the oil for 5 minutes (turning halfway).
- Mix the wholegrain mustard and mayonnaise together and serve with fishcakes.

I didn't have spring onions so added in some peas. Was tasty. I also just had plain flour instead of breadcrumbs, will see if I can get hold of breadcrumbs next time. Really easy to make, really fresh and tasty with salad for my tea.
