- 1 cup plain greek yogurt (I used fat free)
- 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped, or 1 tsp dried)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 8 flatbread (Greek Pita, homemade or store-bought, recipe follows)
- Roma tomatoes (Diced, peeled and diced cucumbers, chopped Romaine lettuce, diced red onions, feta cheese, cilantro and Kalamata olives (olives optional))
