It was a wonderful dinner for a crowd. It turned out perfectly and went a very long way. I served it over rice.

Rue is great if you like wore-cheshire, it gives it a very nice flavor Didn’t have diced tomatoes and crushed worked real nice

Delicious! I added a table spoon of file powder, eliminated the salt, added 5 crawfish for flavor.
