Excellent recipe. Everyone loved it!
I used (1) cup rye and (2) cups bread flours with the (1) cup oats instead of whole wheat and AP flour for a different flavor.

Delicious! Not 100% traditional but having the Guinness adds a little extra touch of Ireland. Our family loved it. It is dense and moist and flavorful. A delicious variation of traditional brown bread.

Love it. Have used it several times. One of my favorite recipes.
