It was good with chips or tortilla. Needed a little more punch for me. I added red wine vinegar to help add more flavor

So good! And like the directions say, super quick especially if you already have cooked chicken! I added a tsp of cumin and enjoyed it! Will be making again.

Yum! We used shallots and tomato instead of onion and jalepeno. It was so delicious and an easy was to use up some left over chicken

Excellent! I would definitely make it again. Instead of just cooking the chicken in the oven I briefly cooked in a skillet with the salt, pepper, and oil.

Turned out great! Ended up adding mango jicama slaw from Trader Joe’s and an extra jalapeño and ate it as tacos.

The recipe was easy to follow, the ingredients are simple, and the dish makes for a great way to consume protein and healthy fats without any fuss. Especially good on a hot day.

I added salt, used 3 jalapenos and used 3 avacados. Delicious, will definitely make this again!

SO GOOD! I meal prepped for half the week and it lasted really well. Avocado did turn a little brown, but upping the lime juice helped w/o being too strong and I wasn’t bothered by the bits of brown. The texture & flavour was still good. I had to stop my boyfriend (and myself) from devouring the whole bowl the first night, before I even got to portion it for the week, though!!
