need to add serrano chile well diced , bit salt , bit pepper, touch of oregano . For very large amount of guests add cottage cheese. Will last longer and not turn very dark

once complete need to add some heat peppers 1 or 2 per your heat,salt and a couple squeeze of lines so it won't turn colors on you. you can add a little cheese
