Love this taco recipe. I've been making it for years! Easy to add diced fresh tomatoes instead of canned if you've got them. And, no need to add oil as the ground beef has enough fat in it.

Canola goes through 5 chemical processes before putting it on the grocery store shelves. It stays in the brain and is almost impossible to remove from clothes. Why would you use this industrial waste chemical in your cooking?
