Simple and filling, tasty. I used at least twice the amount of soy sauce, sesame oil in place of vegetable at an increased amount, salt and pepper taste, and sesame seeds. Will definitely make again

Pretty good. It's not as good as what you'd normally get at a Chinese restaurant, but it's still good. Especially if you have extra ground beef in the fridge and you're burned out on burgers, sloppy joes, and tacos. Just a little something different for a change.

It wasn’t bad but next time I think I will try it with either shrimp or steak and add another egg to it.

Delicious, use more soy sauce and use sesame oil to make it a more authentic Asian dish

This wasn’t my favorite fried rice, I’m partial to shrimp. But the husband and kids loved it.
