A definite family favorite! I passed this on to my in-laws (who are very picky) and they also loved it. One of the few things I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for the help

pretty good! seasoned meat, used 1 can of beef broth instead of water, used 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of mushroom and roasted garlic.

Great warm comfort food during cold weather! Added garlic powder and black pepper to meat while it was cooking for more flavor. Used cream of chicken and cooked rice instead. Since rice was cooked, I just mixed it all, heated it and melted cheese all in my skillet rather than transfer to baking dish and put in oven. Only cooked for 10 or 15 minutes after mixing it all and topping with cheese.

Really good. Been making a version of this for years now. Everyone always requests it. Personally I like it with just mushroom soup (no onion soup mix - I tried it but it’s too salty), no cheese. Add cauliflower, corn, green beans.

It was way to salty for my family’s taste buds. Next time will use only half package of soup mix. It was also pretty bland, so will add some more spices. I added broccoli and my family loved it.

everyone ate and no one complained. that never happens

Just okay. Way too salty tho. If I made it again, I’d use a can of French Onion soup mix instead of dry onion soup mix.

I just made this and my family loved it. Hubby cleared his plate in 2 minutes. Even my 4 year old loves it! Will definitely be making this again soon. Yum!

I made this and it was a hit! I did do just a few minor tweeks... instead of 1 cup of water I used 1½ cups of reduced sodium beef broth. The reason for the 1½ cup is because I read some people found theirs to be dry. I also omitted the chopped onion... with the onion soup mix there was plenty of flavor. Plus I may have used a little more cheese than what it called for.

It was okay but not great next time will modify to make it a little more spicy

I used wild rice and added some veggies and everyone loved it

I used cream of chicken soup, since I was out of mushroom soup. Also, used cooked leftover yellow rice instead of white. Still added the water and added broccoli. Came out great!

It was good. My husband thought it could use some gravy.

Tasty, but a little dry. I swapped cheddar for swiss cheese.
