This dish turned out just great. Herbs used were fresh dill, tarragon, basil, green onion with the ginger and lime. It truly is as wonderful as it is easy to prepare!

This was REALLY easy to make because the fish monger deboned the fish and removed the gills and scales for me. They always do if you ask! she also butterflied it for me. Make sure you really use enough seasoning inside and out, to make the fish taste amazing!
