- 3/4 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
- 6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/16 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion (medium, cut in thick rings)
- 1 zucchini (medium, cut into 1/2-inch diagonal slices)
- 8 oz. penne pasta, cooked and drained

Directions
- For marinade, blend Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, cheese and black pepper. Pour 1/2 of the marinade over vegetables in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, 1 hour. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
- Remove vegetables, reserving marinade. Grill or broil vegetables until done. To serve, toss hot penne, refrigerated and reserved marinades and hot vegetables.
